Aha! is a simple learning app. We don't collect your personal information, don't require an account, and don't show ads. The only time any data leaves your device is when you ask the app to show your local weather.
Nothing personally identifiable.
The home screen can show the current temperature where you are, to make learning feel real. If you allow location access, your device's approximate coordinates are sent once per refresh to Open-Meteo, a weather API, solely to fetch the local temperature. We do not store your location, and the app works fine if you decline location access — you can still play the game.
If you enable reminders, Aha! schedules local practice notifications on your device. These are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.
All progress data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. Deleting the app removes all stored data. We have no access to this data.
Aha! offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks all content. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. We receive only aggregate sales data from Apple, not personal information about purchasers.
Aha! does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal data input.
The only third-party service Aha! contacts is the Open-Meteo weather API (described above), and only when you request local weather. We use no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
We will update this page if our privacy practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
